Terms for accounts, documentation, and order requests made through this portal.
Account responsibilities
You must be at least 18 and authorized to represent your clinic or research organization. Provide accurate contact and delivery information, keep your account credentials private, and tell Nexa if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Research materials and documentation
Materials listed in this portal are for lawful research purposes only. Listing a material or certificate does not establish approval for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use. Confirm that any certificate matches the exact product option and batch supplied.
An order request is not a payment
Submitting a request creates a reference in My orders. It does not charge a card or confirm availability, dispatch, or acceptance of the final purchase. Nexa reviews the request and coordinates final details and payment directly.
Prices and availability
Signed-in clinics may see privately agreed unit prices. Submitted requests retain their saved prices. Quote pending means a price still needs confirmation; it does not mean an item is free. Shipping, taxes, availability, and any additional written order terms are confirmed by Nexa before payment.
Updates and support
Use My orders for recorded status and tracking updates. Delivery selections and shipping rewards are requests subject to eligibility and confirmation. Contact Nexa about mistakes, cancellations, or disputed records. Do not submit patient information or payment-card details in the portal.
