- Earn 100 points when Nexa marks an eligible research order Completed. No signup points or points for unpaid, pending, cancelled, or supplies-only requests.
- One shipping reward per order. Points are reserved at request submission and returned if Nexa declines the reward or cancels the order.
- Rewards apply to eligible, standard-size shipments within the contiguous United States. Nexa must approve route, parcel, carrier, and service eligibility before fulfillment. If a benefit cannot be provided, your reserved points are returned.
- An overnight upgrade is a carrier-service upgrade after dispatch, not a promise of next-day order processing or delivery. Carrier cutoffs and availability apply.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Reopened or cancelled completed orders reverse earned points; a negative adjustment reduces future points until recovered.
